  • Delivered in 2-3 working days (excluding bank holidays and weekends).
  • We use Whistl to dispatch all of our orders. You will receive your order tracking number by email upon dispatch of your order.
  • Orders are dispatched Monday - Friday
  • Residents of the Isle of Scilly, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Wight and Northern Ireland, this service may take an additional 2 days to reach you, under the '2 Day Offshore' carriage.
  • Has your delivery gone missing? Please wait up to 6 working days after ordering, then contact our customer service team at support@weareshrine.com. Don’t forget to include your order number.
  • PLEASE NOTE - we are not responsible for information which has been entered incorrectly at check out. If you have imputed your address incorrectly and not contacted us to change this before the item is shipped, you will have to wait until the package is returned back to our warehouse before we can resend.

    RETURNS & REFUNDS

    We hope you will be happy with every Shrine order. However, if for any reason you are not, please contact our customer support team at support@weareshrine.com stating your name, order number and reason for getting in touch.

    Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to process returns on our range of DROP IT and hair care products.

    Please note that we are unable to support with any Shrine orders purchased at any of our retailers. We advise you contact the store/website directly.
